Packaging

Each House of Virsa piece is presented in our signature packaging: a linen pouch, soft tissue wrapping, ribbon detailing, and dried floral accents.

The linen pouch is intended for long-term storage, helping preserve your jewellery’s beauty over time.

RETURNS & CARE

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene considerations and the delicate nature of jewellery, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We encourage mindful selection before purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, along with clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will assess and offer a repair, replacement, or suitable resolution where appropriate.

Repairs & Breakage

Jewellery is delicate and should be handled with care.

While damage after wear is not automatically covered, we are happy to assist with repairs where possible.

Repair and shipping costs may apply.

Custom Orders

Custom, bespoke, or modified pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if an item is faulty, not as described, or does not meet legal consumer guarantees.
